This is a contract between you and ARTDINK CORPORATION ("ARTDINK") for the A-Train 8 that accompanies this contract, including any electronic documentation ("ARTDINK software"). You are an individual person or a corporation.
By clicking on "OK" button you agree to be bound by this contract. If you do not agree to this contract, do not install or use the ARTDINK software.
OWNERSHIP: You acknowledge that ARTDINK owns all rights (including copyrights, patents, trade secrets and other rights of any kind) in the ARTDINK Software.
TERM OF USE: You must not install the ARTDINK software in two hard disks or more. You may use it only for your personal use, and not to operate any business. You may not sell the ARTDINK Software or any information, services, or software associated with it.
PROHIBITION: You will not modify, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer,disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the ARTDINK Software, unless such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. You also will not remove, obscure, or alter ARTDINK's or any third party's copyright notice, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices contained within or accessed in conjunction with the ARTDINK Software. ARTDINK reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.
ARTDINK'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED: You understand and agree that your installation and/or use of the ARTDINK software and all third party software made available in conjunction with or through the ARTDINK software is at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage (including, for example, and without limitation, damage to your computer system or loss of data) that results from the install or use of the ARTDINK software and such third party software.
CONCLUSION: By clicking on "OK" button you agree to be bound by this contract.
TERMINATION: Without prejudice to any other rights, ARTDINK may terminate this LICENCE if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this LICENSE. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.
The product is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. You consent that Tokyo district court is the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts.
